  • User ID and email address (via Google Authentication)
  • Subscription information (plan type, status, Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and timestamps)
  • Technical logs and metadata for security and debugging purposes

We do not collect or store: your uploaded resumes, job descriptions, names, addresses, or payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected to:

  • Authenticate users and manage logins
  • Track and validate your subscription status
  • Provide customer support if needed
  • Monitor and improve the platform's performance and stability

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored in Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted access controls.

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Stripe may collect personal data as required to process transactions in accordance with their own privacy policy.

As of now, JobTailor does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies for advertising or analytics. Should this change in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
